Ambassador A. AbdulQadir Musafari, mni.

Managing Director

B.Sc International Relations. ABU; MA International Relations. KENT; Member of the National Institute, KURU) Was appointed to the Nigerian Foreign Service in August 1980.

He served in various capacities at home and abroad to become Nigeria's Head of Mission in Tunisia (2008/10) and was later appointed Ambassador in 2011 while serving as a Federal Permanent Secretary at the Federal Civil Service Commission. In late 2012 he was reassigned to the Ministry of Petroleum Resources; and with a supervisory role on policy to the Ministry's parastatals, the NNPC included. He doubled as Nigeria's Governor to OPEC (Vienna) and Member of the Boards of Nigeria LNG and Nigeria Gas until mid-2013. In July of the same year, Musafari was transferred to the Police Service Commission until April 2014. In April he was reassigned as Permanent Secretary to the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment, with a supervisory role on policy matters, to all its sixteen (16) parastatals, including the BOI. While at FMITI, he was Nigeria's Governor to the Common Funds for Commodities, the Hague. He retired from the civil service in August 2015.

Ambassador Musafari was then appointed Chairman of the Board, Jigawa State Investment and Property Development Company (2016/19). Chairman, The Point Newspapers, African, Executive Board member,  Enugu Free Trade Zone (2016), CEO the CORPENHAGEN (2016) Director Government Relations (Africa) @Alpha Group UAE.(2017).

Ambassador M. Lawan Gana

A 1982 graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Ambassador Gana began his professional career as a career diplomat in the then Ministry of External Affairs, Lagos in December 1983 after his National Youth Service at the National Assembly, Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.

He rose through the ranks and served in various capacities both at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters and at various diplomatic missions in Bangui, C.A.R, Vienna, Austria, Windhoek, Namibia and as the first resident High Commissioner of Nigeria to the Republic of Malawi from September 2012 to March 2016.

Upon return to Headquarters in Abuja he served as Director Asia and Pacific Division and later elevated to the rank of Under Secretary African Affairs, a position he held until his retirement from the civil service after 35years of service in December 2018.

 

Ambassador Gana has distinguished himself in his professional career and won several merit awards.

 

Among a few of the major international meetings and conferences attended during his career included:

He holds a degree in Economics from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria, obtained Planning & Project Management Competency Course from International Facility Management Association (IMFA), Operations & Maintenance Competency Course also from IMFA, Diploma in Business Fundamentals Micro Masters Certificate from the University of British Columbia, the Science of Everyday Thinking Course from Cambridge University, United Kingdom and Digital Dividends Course (Strengthening the Analogue Foundation of the Digital Revolution) and E-Learning on Digital Agriculture from the World Bank Group.

Mr. Kote is a visionary program and project management professional with over 10 years of exceptional track record reflecting strong leadership qualifications and “Hands-On” experience. Maintains focus on bottom-line results while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of large-scale mission-critical projects for renowned organizations such as Hypertech Group Nigeria Ltd. and CGGC Global Projects Nigeria Ltd. He develops and mentors highly successful teams under the umbrella of his own privately owned organization, Fullproof Integrated Technologies Limited. A leading consulting and security company with the mission of building a world of difference.

Mr. Kote specializes in project management, monitoring and evaluation and developing organizational capacity in business. He is an accomplished researcher with an eye for detail and high competence in managing project systems. Mr. Kote has been involved in a wide range of projects management as well as numerous projects in support of the public sector, in many of which he has designed and implemented participatory approaches to the work.

B.Sc. Business/Industrial Administration University of New Haven, West Haven, Connecticut USA Mr. Tomasiewicz has over 40 years of diverse business experience in a variety of functions. He has worked in Nigeria since 1966 in several different capacities and on numerous projects throughout the country. From the year 2000 until the end of 2014, he served as General Manager and then Director of WNL Development Solutions (Nigeria) Ltd. A Canadian based Engineering Consultancy firm.

 

Mr. Tomasiewicz has been involved in all aspects of the company’s operations as well as carrying out a wide variety of projects. His project experience includes contract administration, community development, capacity building, training and project management. He is fluent in some of the local Nigerian languages and has a thorough understanding of local culture, customs and business practices, particularly in northern Nigeria. He is particularly adept at providing hands-on training to local project stakeholders in computer applications, in stakeholder communication and in setting up community-based organizations.

Over the last 8 years, Mr. Tomasiewicz has been extensively involved in providing capacity building and training to Nigerian water and power utilities to improve their customer service and operations management. He is also well versed at all common computer applications and particularly skilled in database development using Microsoft Access.

Dr. Shehu M. Madaki

A seasoned financial and administrative technocrat. He has a B.Sc in Accounting from Bayero University Kano in 1989. He holds a Masters in Business Administration 1997 from the same institution and a Ph.D. in Public Accounting with a specialization in budgeting from Staton University Florida. USA.

He holds membership of several professional bodies which includes:

  1. Associate member institute of Cost Management Accountants (ACMA)

  2. Associate member National Accountants of Nigeria (CNA)

  3. Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM)

  4. Member, Treasury Management & Financial Accountants (MTFA)

  5.  Member Institute of Management Consultant (AIMC)

Shehu Madaki has been involved in landmark transactions including the IPO of Albarka Air Plc. and the-refinancing mode in the Aviation sector. He has on several occasions consulted for financial services including Loan Syndication and abridged Loan restructuring.

B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Hong Kong University. He started his career in power stations in Hong Kong with CLP, since then he has attained vast experience in the power industry at senior management level with CLP Hong Kong, Alstom Power Service (China) Limited, ESB International Ireland (Electricity Service Board international Ltd), etc. His experiences covered Seri Manjung 3x770MW coal-fired power plant, Kulim Hi-Tech Park IPU 4xGE6B + 2x40MW Gas fired CCGT in Malaysia, Hong Kong CLPP 4x680MW + 4x360MW coal-fired units and Black Point 8x330MW GE9F CCGT, and partnering with Transfield Technologies of Australia in the Hong Kong Electric Lamma Power Stations project. He was the Operations Management Specialist at the GEC-Alsthom/HuaNeng International Power Development Corp. (HIPDC) project of 2x360 MW downward coal-fired power station in China in the early 1990s, to name a few.

Mr. Cheung has a broad experience, from practical work to senior management and policy level, with consistent involvement in facilitation and training throughout. He has significant management experience in many teams and projects. His real strength is working with and through people, building partnerships. He has a natural ability to rapidly learn and adapt to complex situations.

 

Mr. Cheung has particular experience in project start-up and creative input. He has a thorough grounding in participatory technique, with a track record in adaptation and innovation. He works with other top-tier executives of the company to oversee the operations of the company and organizations across a variety of industries. He is also responsible for the effectiveness of the organization in the pursuit of the Company’s goals and objectives and in particular for the performance and supervision of the technical, administrative and day-to-day operations of the Company.

Amina Ibrahim

Project Consultant

She holds a bachelors degree in Sociology, a B.Sc in Business Administration and an MBA. from the University of Abuja, Nigeria. She also did Digital Dividends Course (Strengthening the Analogue Foundation of the digital Revolution) and E-Learning on Digital Agriculture from the World Bank Group.

Miss. Ibrahim has worked with a variety of government establishments including Niger and Bauchi State Governments, Nigeria. She also does consulting works for private sector organizations like NJITA Management Limited and The Fenix Group LLC. She worked as a Service Centre Consultant with MTN Nigeria Communications Company Ltd, Abuja from October 2004 to July 2006. She also worked as the Consulting Administrative Officer with the Police Council Department of the Federal Ministry of Police Affairs FCT Abuja, Nigeria from January 2002 to December 2002.

Miss. Ibrahim is the founder and the President of Highland Worldwide Solutions Limited. An indigenous Nigerian company that delivers business development and management consulting services of the highest professional standard.

Miss. Ibrahim is a real people’s person, with a natural ability for working with both individuals and groups; she brings a wide variety of associated people-focused skills and qualifications. Whilst her background lies in delivery planning, training, social and managerial work, she has developed an expertise in enabling community involvement.

Maryam Mamman Nassir

An individual with a high standard of commitment, dedication, and loyalty towards the attainment of organizational goals in any position. She possesses the integrity of purpose that coupled with great leadership and communication skills enables her to understand those she works with and build relationships that are fundamental to getting a job well done.

 

Maryam is also a conscientious person with a keen eye for details and her primary goal is to strongly contribute towards providing a better, meaningful future for the younger generation of the great nation, Nigeria. In short, She is an advocate for the investment of Nigeria’s resources in the betterment of the country.

Tahir Muhammad

Executive Director Business Development

Mr. Muhammad holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Bayero University, Kano State, Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneur and Venture management, National Diploma in Business Studies and a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Kano State Polytechnic, Nigeria.

 

Prior to joining Global Auxiliary Group of Companies Limited, Mr. Muhammad has served with the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2001. He worked with the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, Department of Civic Registration as their Head of field operations in Jigawa State from 2002 to 2004. He then moved to work in the commercial banking sector where he began with Tropical Commercial Bank Plc. from 2004 to 2006  and Unit in Unity Bank Plc. from 2006 to 2012.

 

Mr. Muhammad became the Special Assistant to the Statistician General, office of the Statistician General of the Federation at the National Bureau of Statistics in 2012. Today, Mr. Muhammad uses this expertise to benefit a variety of clients for Global Auxiliary Group as the head of Business Development.

 

He is helping to build the Company's’ Eccentric Operations Division around an unshakable commitment to providing every client with intelligently designed, well-integrated marketing campaigns. This is a man who knows how operations go because he understands the basics: the importance of market research and the need for consistent operational excellence.

 

Mr. Muhammad brings a balance of creativity and proficiency to his work while using operations and marketing techniques to craft dynamic messages. He disseminates information regarding the organization’s objectives, policies and decisions using appropriate communication channels.

Mrs. Mohammed specializes in project management, monitoring and evaluation and developing organizational capacity in small organizations. She is an accomplished researcher with an eye for detail and high competence in managing project systems. Mrs. Mouktar has been involved in a wide range of community projects as well as numerous projects in support of the public sector, in many of which she has designed and implemented participatory approaches to the work.

Her technical background includes environmental management systems planning, M & E systems for rural development and more recently access policy for clients including Quattro Plus Ltd, Aquasert Ltd. and Mitsun Elevators LLC. Mrs. Mouktar has experience in Nigeria and Gambia as well as the UK and America.

Haruna Ibrahim

BSc Accounting, PGCE, MSc Business Management, AAT exams, LLB Law, MAAT.

Mr. Haruna Ibrahim works in a number of areas, including enterprise support, training and 'blue-chip' consultancy focusing on the facilitation of issue resolution. Experienced in business (having started a number of successful businesses), community (working with community groups and running publicly-funded projects) and creative (web development, and Art & Design) arenas, as well as teacher/training experience and a strong creative background in sculpture and photography.

 

Haruna’s past work in Law and as a teacher brings useful support skills on which we occasionally draw.
